The role of sports in human life

Sport plays a big role in human life. It strengthens health, educates character, makes a person strong and resilient, tempers the body. In addition, I think playing sports cheers up.

I believe that every person should play sports. Sport develops the physical data of people. A person involved in sports is immediately visible. He is distinguished by smartness, beautiful posture. No wonder they say: “A healthy mind in a healthy body!” People who play sports get sick less. Physical exercise restores health to many people.

Sport is good not only for health, but also for the soul. After all, this is an extraordinary surge of energy that fills every cell of the body and makes you look at familiar things differently and enjoy every new day. Anyone who does not go in for sports will never understand the joy and pleasant heaviness in the muscles that occurs after a workout and the desire to train every day, which is like thirst.

Sports bring great joy. People go to sections, visit sports clubs, play sports games, temper and communicate with new people. Sports team games bring the joy of victory. Traveling to different cities and countries for competitions is the most interesting side of the sport.

All this and more brings great joy.

Sport builds a person's character. Going in for sports strengthens willpower, disciplines people. A lazy person will not get up early every day to go for a run, douse himself with cold water. Only strong-willed people are able to be friends with sports. In my opinion, the words from the song: Real men play hockey, a coward does not play hockey – this is exactly what they confirm.

There is nothing more important than human health, and to be healthy, you need to play sports. Everyone should know this! It is not for nothing that all preschool and school institutions and even universities have a program of physical education for children and adolescents. I believe that the motto of every person should be: “Movement is life!”
