The Ministry of Education and Science of the Samara Region hosted an analytical session with experts who took part in the Final V of the National Championship Young Professionals (WorldSkills Russia) and directors of vocational education organizations – leaders of the WorldSkills Russia movement in the region.
After analyzing the results of the performance of the Samara region team in the qualifying competitions and in the Final in Krasnodar, the session participants agreed on the need for networking between colleges and technical schools in terms of training team members. It is also necessary to strengthen language training in a number of competencies.
It is possible that potential participants in the regional championships will undergo psychological testing to assess stress resistance. Psychological unpreparedness to solve the set tasks in the conditions of the competition became the main problem for our team at the last Final V of the National Championship Young Professionals (WorldSkills Russia).
