The report is the logical conclusion of a comprehensive analysis of our school for 2012-2013. The school year, contains the interpretation of the main analysis results in a convenient and readable form and is intended primarily for parents, local commits, social partners, founder. The policies of the information in the MBOU SOSH No. 7 is aimed at building mechanisms for effective accounting of social order and interests of consumers of educational services in developing a program for the development of the institution. As mentioned above, the report is the informational basis of the dialogue with our partners and performs the following functions:

  1. satisfaction of the information needs of various interested groups (authorities, teachers, parents, children, employers, media);
  2. raising awareness of society about the goals, objectives and expected results of the transformation carried out in an educational institution;
  3. conducting a public examination of political and managerial decisions, strategies and programs for the development of education through the analysis of the work of a particular educational institution;
  4. Attracting the social resource (trust and support resource), independently meaningful, as well as a necessary condition for investment attractiveness.

Education is funded by the state from the budget formed at the expense of taxpayers. Based on this, we believe that the provision of open and objective information on the state and results of the functioning of the educational institution is nothing more than the report of the head before taxpayers, on the effective use of the funds obtained, expressed in high-quality form. All information on the expenditure of budget funds, the implementation of the procurement of MBOU SOSH No. 7, the results of financial activities and other publicly available information is regularly posted on the official website of the Russian Federation to accommodate information about state municipal institutions ( http://www.bus.gov.ru/ ), information on the placement of municipal order can be seen on the official website of the Russian Federation to accommodate information on procurement with certain types of legal entities. ( http://zakupki.gov.ru/ ). The main indicators of electronic monitoring of education, as part of the Our New School initiative can be seen on the site http://www.kpmo.ru/

As a result of the work on the report, there was a need to create a system of indicators (or indicators), which will be able to provide a target audience (parents, local community, social partners, investors, founder) Analytical information about the status and trends in the development of OU to make further decisions.The development of such instruments for building a dialogue only started and most likely in the report we did not cover all the information about the work of OU, but we are ready and open to productive communication, which is the main purpose of this report

The founder and owner of the property of the MBOU SOSH No. 7 is the administration of the municipal formation City of Maykop (the official website of the administration of the municipality City of Maykop http://www.admins.maykop.ru. ). The institution is under the jurisdiction of the Committee on the Education of the Administration of the Municipality City Maikop (the official website of the Committee on the Education of the Municipal Education City of Maykop http://www.koam.minobr.ru/ ). The Committee on Education of the Administration of the Municipality City Maikop coordinates and regulation of activities and control over the work of an educational institution within its powers.

School – part of the single educational system of the country, republic, city. The effective work of the educational institution and the prospects for its development depends on the strategy and the results of the activities of the founder. The report of the municipality City of Maykop On the results of the implementation of the National Educational Initiative Our New School for 2012 ( http://www.koam.minobr.ru/ ) The pedagogical team of the educational institution was widely discussed. (Appendix 3 Discussion of the report of the municipality City of Maykop On the results of the implementation of the National Educational Initiative Our New School for 2012). I especially consider it necessary to note Section 2 Development of a system of supporting talented children, in which the implementation of the National – Educational Initiative Our New School is covered in detail in 2012. One of the priorities of the initiative is to work with gifted children. Huge interest is the effectiveness of the participation of schoolchildren of the city in various intellectual events. The administration of the city and the Committee on the Education Municipality City Maikop is held a significant work on the organization of various Olympics, competitions, tournaments for talented children, which has found a detailed reflection in the report.It should be noted that the most gifted young people are supported by the urban authorities, in particular, annually of the student of our school, the scholarship of the head of the municipality City of Maykop is awarded. In 2012 -2013 scholarships were awarded Zhelena Ksenia, Moskaleva Elena. (Appendix 4 Achievements of students of the MBOU SOSH No. 7 in 2012-2013 academic year.) On the report of the Municipal Education City of Maykop On the results of the implementation of the National Educational Initiative Our New School for 2012, the successes of the education system of the city and the identified problems are reflected, and most importantly – tasks for the future are delivered.

Designing by general education institutions of the complex of conditions for the management of socialization of students, support for each child in the awareness and development of its own social qualities, strengthening those of them that reflect its essential personal manifestations during the implementation of the program of spiritual – moral education and socialization, the organization of extracurricular activities. – I quote the report of the municipality City of Maykop On the results of the implementation of the National Educational Initiative Our New School for 2012. Just and clearly defined the task – the sociocultural identification of the person.

Live is the craft to which I want to teach the pupil. Going out of my hands, he will not be a judge, not a soldier, not a priest: he will be, first of all, a person: everything that man should be, he will be able to be in case of necessity, just as well, as well as every other, and no matter how fate It did not move it from place to place, it will always be in its place. With the words of J.Z. RUSSO, I want to express the values in our work the team of the MBOU SOSH No. 7. From the ecology of nature to the ecology of the soul, man of the XXI century in a polyethnic environment, School of Dialogue of Cultures, Model of the School Socialuter Environment as a condition for the formation and life of schoolchildren for 2009-2014 and finally – School of Social Maturity. The programs for which we work for 17 years (since 1996) are aimed at ensuring that each studying has found its place in sociocultural space and was able to learn how to design their identity.

The sociocultural environment of the general education institution is an integrating mechanism covering a huge amount of social spheres in which the learner carries out its activities and is in a state of continuous socialization. The main characteristics of the sociocultural environment of our educational institution that determines its pedagogical capabilities are:

1. The mediated nature of the educational impact and the ability of the environment to self-development;

2. Completion of the technological and personal resources of the pedagogical team, the subjects of which are combined by the idea of organizing the optimal medium of vital activity;

3.the demand of the creative and developing potential of cultural and leisure activities capable of ensuring the recognition of the social significance of personal initiatives emerging beyond the educational and educational functions;

The basis of the sociocultural environment of the MBOU SOSH No. 7 is constructed on the principles of democratic and creative nature of communication scheme for the interaction of all participants in the educational process, which allows to achieve the socio-role universality necessary to overcome socio-psychological barriers and creating significant communication lines of the dialogue.

The municipal budgetary educational institution Secondary School No. 7 has been operating since 1974 by the decisions of the executive committee of the Maykop city council of workers deputies (Minutes No. 14 § 1018 of July 17, 1974) reorganized secondary school No. 7 and eight-year-old School No. 14, the student and Teachers in one, and from August 20, 1974 (Protocol No. 16 § 1227B) was commissioned secondary school No. 7 at 1320 seats.

For dry numbers there is more than an age-old history of school, school, which is the center of cultural and social life of the neighborhood. Many years old are traditional, festive concerts for residents of the neighborhood dedicated to the International Women's Day, Mother's Day, Victory Day, Festive evenings for pedagogical labor veterans, evening graduates meetings. Participation in promotions: Day of an elderly man, Care, Christmas Gift, Teach your heart of good, auction of good deeds and many others also become traditional for residents of the neighborhood. We do not stand still in our interaction with the microdistrict community, in the rapidly developing world it is necessary to use technologies that allow you to enter a new level, become a civil, cultural, public resource center of the microdistrict. The purpose of our activity is to become an essential factor in the formation of new identity installations, as the developing society needs educated, moral, enterprising and cooperative people who can independently accept responsible decisions, be competitive and socially adapted (Appendix 9 Educational work in MBOU SOSH No. 7).

In this school year, the school was developed by Mega – the project Tree of Life School No. 7. The project includes a number of subprojects. One of them is called School connects hearts, combines generations. It is devoted to the creation of a Virtual Museum of History of Schools No. 14 (eight-year), which in 2014 marks 110 years, secondary school number 7 (on the street. Soviet), which in 2014 marks 105 years and MBOU SOSH No. 7, which united two Schools in one in 1974. In 2014, she will be 40 years old. We believe that such a virtual school museum, the keeper of sociocultural memory will contribute to the formation of the spiritual – moral education of the younger generation and contribute to the continuity of generations.We invite graduates of all three schools, parents, teachers, residents of the microdistrict, students of different classes to join the work on the formation of a museum of a new generation, and we express confidence that by joint efforts we will create such a museum for graduates of these schools in our country and abroad.

The Tree of School Life project is works, plans, events and other tasks aimed at creating a new unique educational product – the Tree of School Life. The basis of the project is the setting and practical achievement of a socially significant goal; development of a socially active and creative personality of a citizen and patriot, who has a sense of pride in his family, school, homeland and civic responsibility for his future. You can also talk about the unique educational product The Tree of Life of the School, since the method of projects, which is one of the key methods for creating and further working on subprojects, is a flexible model for organizing not only the educational process, but also the educational process. The project contributes to the development of observation and the desire to find answers to emerging questions, check the correctness of their answers based on the analysis and systematization of information. The Tree of School Life project at all stages of its implementation is a powerful tool for the formation of key competencies of students.

The project Tree of School Life is the practical implementation of the main values in the work of MBOU Secondary School No. 7. Participated in its development:

Averina S.M. – Deputy Director for WRM; Huazheva T.A – head of the museum of the school; Esipova I.F. – teacher of history and social studies; Chakalova E.E. – teacher of Russian language and literature; Girshberg G.G. – teacher of computer science, deputy. director of water resources management, Merinova Anastasia – a student of the 6th B class, chairman of the museum council; Azayan Karina – student of 10 A class, school president; Archipenko Kristina – student of 10 A class minister, civil and moral direction.

I would especially like to note the participation in the implementation of the project of a veteran of pedagogical work Akimov L.A.

According to the results of the city review-competition of children's public organizations (associations, movements) of educational institutions. The Tree of School Life project and a number of subprojects won prizes. (Appendix 7 Results of the city review-competition of children's public organizations (associations, movements) of educational institutions) Projects of children's public organizations aimed at solving social and public problems of the city and the republic were submitted to the competition.

It is impossible to implement such a large-scale project without the participation of social partners:

State Treasury Institution of the Republic of Adygea National Archive of the Republic of Adygea; National Museum of the Republic of Adygea; National Library of the Republic of Adygea; Faculty of Philology of the Department – Social Pedagogy ASU; TOS 2 sq. com. No. 9. (Appendix 8 Social partners of MBOU Secondary School No. 7)

The vast experience of social partnership allows me to talk about the significance of such relationships for the school as a whole and for each student in particular. And I'm talking about true partnership, when relations of mutually beneficial cooperation and social dialogue are established. We do not take the position of a “grateful recipient” of assistance, the school is an equal partner with resources that are useful to other participants in the interaction. A striking example of a true social partnership was the implementation of the program Healthy Girl – Healthy Mother – Healthy Generation. On the basis of the school of the All-Russian Public Non-Governmental Organization Union of Women of Russia (http://www.wuor.ru/ ), its regional branch in the 2011-2012 academic year was developing new approaches to the implementation of educational and preventive work to protect the health of adolescent girls, the development of a system for the formation of a healthy lifestyle in their minds as the basis of a healthy prosperous family, as well as drawing public attention to this problem. Based on the results of the work, the pilot program Healthy girl – healthy mother – healthy generation was approved by the Health Center of the Republic of Adygea and recommended for implementation in educational institutions., (http://zdravo-russia.ru/project/2322/ , http://www.sov-adyg.ru/index.php?newsid=3316 , http://nbfond.ru/konkurs-grantov/grants-2010/spisok-pobeditelej/ , http://www.adygvoice.ru /newsview.php?uid=4307 , http://www.yuga.ru/news/222528/ )

Project completed. The results are significant. We are ready for new cooperation. Using the Public Report of the Head of School as a tool for dialogue, we invite public and charitable organizations, business representatives, government bodies, to partnership.

The basis of my confidence in the future, as a school principal, is the teaching staff. A team of like-minded people who share the goals, who are professionally competent in the implementation of the tasks set, those who, in coordinated work, ensure the implementation of the activities of the educational institution in accordance with plans and programs. We always say: “teaching staff”, but you must admit that not only teachers are responsible for organizing intra-school life. As a leader, I will say that the quality of school life depends on a good cook and supply manager no less than on the professionalism of a teacher of physics, mathematics, and literature. The team of our school is a unity of people built on the basis of unity of values. Over the years, the team has remained creative, professional and stable, which means that the chosen management strategy is correct. The main part of the team has been working at the school for more than 20-25 years, we follow the traditions laid down by the first director Vladimir Ivanovich Katkov. Mathematics teacher Tatyana Alekseevna Khuazeva and chemistry teacher Lyudmila Vasilievna Mitrokhina have been working since the founding of secondary school No. 7, for 40 years.Graduates of our school work as teachers in it: Lebedeva G.Yu., teacher of physical education, Peresypko Zh.K., teacher of history, Tkhagapsova E.U., teacher of biology, Morgulova V.M., teacher of English, Chakalova E.E. ., teacher of Russian language and literature, Arkhipova L.A., primary school teacher, Simonova L.V., teacher of Russian language and literature, Marchenko A.S., teacher of computer science and ICT, Plushchakova E.V., biology teacher, deputy Director for WHR. Yes, and I myself School Principal Shram V.B. went from a first-grader of secondary school No. 7 to the Director of the Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution Secondary School No. 7.

We love our school, support old and create new traditions, make friends with the whole team, teach and learn ourselves. The young and the bold are always welcome. Today (2012-2013 academic year) the number of teachers under the age of 29 working in our educational institution is 8 people. Five of them have less than 3 years of work experience. All young teachers with less than three years of experience are mentored by some of the most experienced and successful teachers.

As a school director, I invite young, creative professionals to fill the following vacancies: physical education teacher, social pedagogue, speech therapist, primary school teacher, senior counselor, teacher-organizer of life safety. Become our like-minded people.

Our school is for the whole family. Moms and dads, grandparents who once graduated from secondary school No. 7 bring their children and grandchildren to the first grade. According to the preliminary recruitment for the 2013-2014 academic year, from September 1, 2013, 1128 children will study at the school, of which 463 children will be in grades 1-4, 515 in grades 5-9 and 150 children in grades 10-11. Annex 12 Preliminary acquisition.

The educational program, according to which MBOU Secondary School No. 7 works, was compiled for 2010-2013. It is a regulatory document that reflects the content of education, upbringing and development of students, a feature of the organization of the educational process, personnel and methodological support of the pedagogical process, is a general program for the activities of the school administration, teachers, parents and students themselves – this is an integral system of measures to create quality education. The main educational program of the school is built taking into account the requests for educational services of students and their parents, is aimed at achieving a new quality of education based on updating its content, ensuring a healthy environment. The purpose of the educational program: the formation of a single educational space that provides an effective system of measures to differentiate and individualize the education and upbringing of schoolchildren, taking into account the needs of students, their parents, the public and society. In December 2013, MBOU Secondary School No. 7 completes work on the implementation of the educational program.In the conditions of a gradual transition to GEF at the moment there is a preparation of a new educational program, according to which MBOU SOSH No. 7 will work since January 2014.

Today we make conclusions, put new goals and formulate the tasks for the future. As practice shows, as well as the study of new directions in the development of the education system, the traditional understanding of the educational space is mainly in the emphasis on training, but it does not pay enough attention to the processes of social practice and educational reflection. At the same time, we create such a graduate model – A graduate of the school must be an individual who can not only implement in practice that a set of knowledge and skills, which he learned in school, but also with readiness … Create, develop new knowledge and methods Activities necessary for adequate operation in situations in which they do not work knowledge and skills received at school . To implement such a model, you must put on one level training, social practice and educational reflection, and the most important thing to create a system in which the studying with the help of teachers will be able to withdraw its educational projects in the social sphere and, aware of its capabilities and educational prospects through the acquired social practice, Describe your identity and form your own educational priorities.

As a successful implementation of such a program, I can give an example of Iron Xenia, which having tremendous experience in various competitive events, where it represented its projects in the city and republican Olympiads. On April 20, 2013, the qualifying tests in the School School of Specialized Training and Scientific Center (Faculty) – boarding school named after A.Kolmogorov Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov was held successfully. ( http://internat.msu.ru/?p=9499. ) In fairness it should be noted that the role of the Tutors of Ksenia belongs not only to the teachers of our school, but also its parents.

As already mentioned, the identification of the personality is a priority in our school and the creation of new forms and working methods to achieve their goals is constantly initiated by the administration of an educational institution. Conditions have been created, including material stimulation of teachers to creative, research activities. According to electronic monitoring of the development of education, in the framework of the Our New School initiative, the share of stimulating payments in the Foundation for the Warm of Teachers of 2013. It is constantly growing (data is given in the first three months 2013). ( http://www.kpmo.ru/ )

The diagram The share of stimulating payments in the Fund for the Wheaves Fund of MBOU SOSH No. 7 in the first three months 2013.

The teacher, self-realizing, has the ability to turn work at school into a fascinating, creative process.In 2012-2013 Teacher, our school teachers took an active part in creative events aimed at improving pedagogical skills: in pedagogical readings Pedagogical key of successful learning and education I was occupied by Jean N.A., primary school teacher, in the city competition of professional skills New school – a new teacher III was occupied by Bicheva I.V., the teacher of the English language, took part in the master class of teachers in organizing the project and research activities of students Marchenko A.S., Teacher of Informatics and ICT, Many teachers take Participation in remote events. Appendix 14 Achievements of Teachers

New school financing mechanisms require that each of them have proven its viability, the ability to work in modern economic conditions, to anticipate socio-economic changes and provide educational services that will allow graduates to be successfully socialized. The most important management task for the 2013-2014 school year, as a school principal, I consider the work on planning activities to develop a Marketing Strategy MBOU SOSH No. 7. The school team has questions today: what to do to find your place in a changing educational situation, and what way to move on.
