The timely formation and supply of an alcohol declaration is necessary for each organization that has a license to produce or implement alcohol-containing products or beer beverages.

The alcohol declaration is compiled in order to control the amount of manufactured and sold alcohol, so it does not contain income information and is not submitted to the tax service, but to the Federal Service for the regulation of the Alcohol Market of the FSrar.

Information on each purchase during the reporting period is entered into the Declaration, indicating the props of suppliers, their licenses, the list of products for the sale of products, the realized volumes of each of the types of declared products, as well as products and props of manufacturers / importers. Depending on the volume of purchases and the number of suppliers, a very large amount of time is spent on reporting. The Declaration section contains all reports formed in the service, to create a new declaration you need to make a minimum of action. The whole process consists of consecutive steps:

• In the Declaration section, fill out information about the declaration;
• If there are ready-made XML declaration files (for any period), it is recommended to start working from downloading a file with a report data, the details of the organization and its units will automatically be filled out, provider data and manufacturers;
• Fill out the form with details and licenses, indicate manufacturers, suppliers and importers, list the overhead, receipt and consumption;
• Complete the creation of a declaration by conducting it.
